Thalken5 Portraits 2009
The pictures above are our family pictures taken by Honey Grove Photography who is Amazing to pose for and work with, and you will not be disappointed with the outcome either- I Promise!!!! Thank you Katie for capturing our 'Thalken5' in 2009!!!!
IT HAS BEEN WAY TOO LONG......
NOTE TO SELF: I totally suck at this blogging thing!!! I mean I want to do it; and the idea of it sounds SO FUN and totally something I would have done BEFORE KIDS, but seriously, I want to know how is it possible to keep a "blog" going on a daily basis with 3 kids under 4- and a puppy AND a husband who loves to come downstairs every afternoon to a somewhat cleaned house and the sight of dinner in the forecast! I mean seriously, blogging is next to IMPOSSIBLE for me!!!
PROOF: The last "blog" I wrote was titled "The Beginning of Summer 2009!"
People it is now The Beginning of Spring of 2010 and so much has changed and happened with the "Thalken 5", but where do I begin and how am I supposed to get caught up?!?! AHH!!!
THE ANSWER: I AM NEVER GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET CAUGHT UP!!! BREATH!!!!
But, the way I see it is the whole purpose of my "blog," (seeing as though maybe only 5 people will read it- and those are the people who know everything before it even gets on the blog... not sure why they even take the time to read it?) it is to journal about 'things;' that back in the old days people would just get out a pen & paper and Wola- Magic! But times have changed and now we call "journaling" "blogging!" At least that is my take on the whole point of "The Thalken5 Blog!"
Who knows maybe when my 3 little munchkins are all grown up they might feel like taking a peek at mom's old journals aka "blogs" and if they don't then at least I can say I tried.... but THANK GOODNESS I never went back and tried to catch up!!!!!!!!! :)
