Time fly's by when you have kids, and watching them grow is such an adventure =)
Joshua is growing up so fast, getting out of his preemie stage and wearing newborn clothes now :( He is rolling over everytime you put him on his belly, he is starting to laugh here and there- so cute!! I love it when they start laughing at you, it makes you feel like someone thinks your funny :)
Gavyn is really getting funny!! They say and do the darndest things when they are 2!! The other day I put him in his room for nap/quiet time and after fussing a little bit, he got really quiet for awhile and then I heard him say really loudly, "Goodmorning Mommy! It's time to get up!" -remind you it was like 2pm in the afternoon!! LOL! But he thought he could out smart me and could tell me that it wasn't time to sleep anymore.. He is starting to have full blown conversations with us in his little kid voice, and I just can't help but laugh at him all the time! He has such a wonderful, sweet and funny personality!
Ok, so the whole reason for this blog was to share Gavyn's 1st tree climbing adventure this week! We were outside and he just walked over to the tree in the neighbors yard and started climbing it. I really couldn't believe that my baby was big enough to climb trees!!! I almost started crying when I realized I had to get the camera out and take pictures. So here they are- enjoy the 1st tree climbing adventure of Gavyn Thalken! :) Such a big boy!!!
He didn't fall, but he scraped his leg on the way down :( He was so proud though.,
Here are the boys in their matching Mavs outfits!! Hopefully, we will get to take Gavyn to a mavs game this year, he loves to watch sports!
